Edward Risse was a Nebraska farmer who migrated to
California during the Great Depression to look for a better life. He settled on
a small ranch in Rio Linda, bought a handful of plumbing tools from a retired
friend and converted his '31 Chevy coupe into a service vehicle ... and Risse
& Sons Plumbing was born.
 Sixty years and
four generations of Risses later, the company is still flourishing, with
offices just minutes away from where Ed Risse put down his roots. Risse &
Sons is now Risse Mechanical. We occupy a fully-equipped 18,000 square foot
facility, and that old Chevy has long since been replaced by a fleet that
includes work trucks and service vehicles. Our team, over 200 strong, includes
some of the most talented people in the industry.
Risse's areas of expertise encompass residential service as
well as commercial design/build and mechanical projects. We merge the latest in
technology with traditional methods to provide the best systems and
installation practices.
 While our capabilities have expanded, we remain a family-run
business with an unwavering commitment to service and excellence.
